Who to contact

Alder Health is a service from West Bank Pharmacy, Alamaz Limited, 8A Mersey Road, West Bank, Widnes, WA8 0DG. For privacy questions, email nhs@westbankpharmacy.com.

Using this website

The current public site provides service and contact information. The application does not add advertising pixels, session recording or behavioural analytics. Website hosting providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site.

The current public hosting uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Read OpenAI’s privacy policy and Cloudflare’s privacy policy for their own processing information. These do not replace the pharmacy’s responsibilities.

Contacting the pharmacy

Contact the pharmacy to discuss an appropriate way to share information for care. Please do not send medical answers, identity documents or bank-card details by ordinary email. Email is not monitored continuously and is not suitable for urgent medical help.

Existing assessments and care records

If you previously submitted information or received care, contact the pharmacy with your reference to ask about your record. The current closure of online assessments does not mean existing records have been deleted.

Before online assessments reopen

The pharmacy must provide the notice applying to that service before collecting health information. It must explain the purposes and lawful bases, who receives the information, retention, international processing, safeguards and your applicable rights. A checkbox is not a substitute for this information.

Your rights and concerns

You can ask the pharmacy about access to your information, correcting it and other applicable rights, including deletion, restriction, objection and portability. Rights can depend on the reason information is held and applicable legal obligations. Ask the pharmacy for the arrangements applying to your record.

You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
