What to expect

From your first question
to your next step.

01

Tell us about you.

Contact the pharmacy to discuss the service, assessment arrangements and the information needed for safe care.

02

Talk with a pharmacist.

Before a consultation, the pharmacy will explain availability and any information needed. During your consultation, your pharmacist checks the details needed for safe care and answers your questions.

03

Decide with confidence.

If treatment is suitable, we explain your options, costs and follow-up before you decide. Where another service is more appropriate, we explain the next steps.

Know where to get support.

Before you start any treatment, your care plan should explain your reviews, how to contact the pharmacy and what to do if you feel unwell. Ask about follow-up and any ongoing cost during your consultation.

Costs

Your care.
Clearly explained.

We’re finalising the online consultation service, including its fees and care packages. Prices are not yet available on this website.

Before you agree to a paid service or treatment, the pharmacy will explain the full cost, what it covers, the period of care and any delivery charge.

Contacting the pharmacy does not place an order or create a subscription.

Before you decide

Common questions

Can I complete an online assessment?

Online assessments are currently unavailable. Contact the pharmacy to discuss consultation arrangements. Website information does not approve treatment; an appropriately authorised clinician must assess you and check the information needed for a decision.

What will I need for a consultation?

Your GP details, current medicines, allergies and previous treatment. Have your height and weight ready if known. Tell the pharmacist when you are unsure rather than guessing; they will explain the checks and any evidence needed.

How is my consultation arranged?

Online booking is not available. Contact the pharmacy to discuss consultation availability and the checks needed before an appointment can be confirmed. An enquiry does not reserve an appointment.

Can I ask a question first?

Yes. Email the pharmacy or see our contact options. Let us know if you need help accessing the service.

How is my information handled?

Online patient assessments are currently unavailable. Read our privacy information for the current website and contact the pharmacy if you have questions. Do not send medical answers or identity documents through ordinary email.

When do I pay?

This website takes no payment. Before you agree to a paid service, the pharmacy will explain the full price and any delivery charges. There is no obligation to proceed.

Why do you check measurements and medical history?

Accurate information helps the pharmacist assess whether care is appropriate. They must explain how relevant details will be verified. Completing a form alone is not enough to make a treatment decision.

What happens after starting treatment?

Your pharmacist explains how to use it, important risks, reviews and how to get help. Follow-up depends on your treatment and individual needs. Do not change a prescribed dose using general website information.
