Service and costs
Understand your next step.
Alder Health is a service from West Bank Pharmacy, Alamaz Limited. Online patient assessments are currently unavailable. Contact the pharmacy to discuss the service.
Information and clinical decisions
Website information does not diagnose a condition, approve treatment or authorise a prescription or medicine supply. An appropriately authorised professional must assess your circumstances and verify relevant information. A different service may be more appropriate.
Consultations
The pharmacy will explain the available consultation arrangements and necessary checks before confirming an appointment. A request or enquiry is not a confirmed booking. Contact the pharmacy if you need help with access, language or communication.
Costs and payment
This website takes no payment, places no orders and creates no subscription. Before agreeing to a paid service, ask the pharmacy to confirm the full price, the period of care, consultation charges, treatment and follow-up costs, and any delivery charge or continuing commitment.
No particular price or delivery speed is promised on this website. You should receive the information needed to decide before agreeing to pay.
Requesting a change or cancellation
Email nhs@westbankpharmacy.com as soon as you need to change an arrangement. Include your name, reference and whether you want to change or cancel it. Do not include medical details or card numbers. Sending an email does not itself confirm a cancellation; the pharmacy must check the status and reply.
Refunds and medicine returns
To discuss an existing appointment, order or cancellation, contact the pharmacy with your reference. Ask for the terms applying to that specific arrangement, including what happens if treatment is unsuitable or an appointment is changed. Nothing here removes your statutory rights.
Report incorrect, damaged or missing items to the supplying pharmacy. Do not return medicines without speaking to it first. A change-of-mind request is different from a problem with what was supplied. Medicines cannot be returned for reuse. This does not remove your rights where an item is faulty, incorrect or not as described. The current website does not create a new sale or delivery agreement.
Concerns and urgent help
See contact and complaints for help. Do not wait for a response to a routine enquiry if you need urgent medical advice. Contact NHS 111 for urgent advice; call 999 in a life-threatening emergency.
